Loading mode of NDW microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine: imported AC servo motor and driver are adopted, which can apply torque in both positive and negative directions. The detection of torque and torsion angle: high-precision symmetrical torque sensor is adopted, and the detection of torsion angle adopts high-precision LEC photoelectric encoder.
Operation: it has two modes: manual operation (with forward and reverse manual operation buttons) and computer operation. Based on the special measurement and control software under Windows platform, it adopts human-computer interaction analysis to calculate the mechanical properties of the tested materials, automatically process the test data, dynamically display the test curve, and the test results can be stored and printed. It can also manually intervene in the analysis process to improve the accuracy of the analysis.
